Totally lovely stay for annual holidays. Enjoyable breakfast, nice views, convenient location adjacent to a beautiful garden by the canal as well as Florence. Extremely helpful staff all over the place.  

The location in a lovely area was magnificent and absolutely perfect and there were local markets and a market nearby. I tried some drinks at bar Piero's Snack, located 15 minutes walk away...

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel near the airport. The location couldn't have been more convenient as it was just a short trip from the airport. The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome from 

Hotel is an excellent combination of romantic Venecian style with modern accessories. Hotel staff is very kind. Rooms are clean. Railway station is very close and you can even get train tickets and timetable for trains to Venice at reception. 

The place was situated beautifully in a natural location with wonderful gardens and an amazing breakfast! Would definitely come back. It was true Italian luxury at a reasonable price with great proximity to Venice. 

Units with a comfortable pull out bed too.

A delightful surprise during my stay was coming across a beautiful pool surrounded by a lovely garden. It provided the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring. I'll recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, only minus point is that you need a car. Beautiful hotel.

Location, we were planning on hiring a car but due to changes on hiring, we couldn't, so found it a bit isolated.

The hotel owners and staff were so holpful nothing was too mutch trouble,If we are in this area at any time in the future I will sertanly stay their again

Helpful staff, comfortable beds with pillow options, clean facilities, shuttle service to train station for quick access to Venice.

Perfect location, on the bank of the river, surrounded by large park. Beautiful interior, comfotrable room, spacious bathroom.

1. Ants in the room appeared in the evening of the first day of staying(ground floor), we asked to change room but staff denied request, instead they proccessed something and there weren't ants anymore. 2. New pieces of soap didn't put in the bathroom while clean towels had been appeared every day.

Shuttle from villa to and from train station. They sold open ended train tickets at their very helpful fluent English reception desk. It was just as beautiful and quiet as pictured. The breakfast was wonderful.
